KCST is committed to finding ways to make the swim experience with us a positive one for all our families, so one of the process changes you’ll see for the new season is the implementation of the One-Call system. One-Call will allow messages to be sent out through an automated voice mail system for timely delivery. Here’s how it works:

1. Each family may provide up to two phone numbers—we recommend the line(s) monitored most often.
2. When a short-notice message must go out to the team, for instance when practice is canceled due to weather conditions, a recorded message will be sent to the phone number(s) you have provided.
